Who we are and what this covers

Artime is a platform where you describe what you want and agents build it — websites, landing pages, funnels, apps and software, video, creator tools, publishing to your social accounts, content, analytics and team workspaces.

This policy explains what information we collect when you use Artime, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to our website, the platform itself and anything you build inside it. It does not cover the sites and apps you publish to your own visitors — you decide what those collect, and you are responsible for telling your visitors about it.

The information we collect

We collect the following, and no more than we need to run the service:

  • Account details — your name, email address, password (stored hashed) and any workspace or team you belong to.
  • The content and prompts you give us — what you type in chat, files and images you upload, and the briefs and settings you choose.
  • The projects you build — pages, apps, videos, posts, products and the data your projects collect from their own visitors.
  • Connected accounts — when you link a social network, the tokens and account identifiers needed to publish on your behalf.
  • Payment details — handled by our payment provider. We store the plan you are on and a record of your invoices, not your full card number.
  • Usage and device data — pages visited, features used, approximate location from IP address, browser and device type, and error logs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, as described below.

How we use it

We use your information to run the platform and give you what you asked for: generating the sites, apps, videos, content and posts you request; hosting and serving what you publish; keeping your projects and their data available to you and your team.

We also use it to provide support, to keep the service secure and to detect abuse, to bill you correctly, and to understand which parts of the product work so we can improve them. We send required service messages — security notices, billing notices, important changes. Marketing email is separate and you can opt out at any time.

AI processing and your content

Producing your output means processing what you give us. Your prompts, files and project content are sent to the AI models we use to generate the result you asked for, along with the context those models need to do it well.

You keep ownership of what you create. We do not sell your content, and we do not publish it or show it to other customers. Where a model provider offers a no-training option for the data we send, we use it; where a provider's terms differ, that is set out in the sharing section below.

Generated output can be wrong, dated or resemble other work. It is yours to review before you publish it.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the parties needed to run Artime, and only for that purpose:

  • Infrastructure and hosting providers that store and serve the platform and the projects you publish.
  • AI model providers that process prompts and content to generate your output.
  • Payment providers that process subscriptions and store payment credentials.
  • Analytics and error-monitoring providers that help us see failures and usage patterns.
  • Social networks you have connected — we send them the posts and media you schedule, on your instruction.
  • Authorities, where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect people or the service.

Connected accounts

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X or YouTube, we store the access tokens and account identifiers required to publish on your behalf and to read back the performance of what we published.

We use that access only for the actions you ask for in Artime. You can disconnect an account at any time from your workspace settings, and revoking access at the network's end works too — after that we can no longer post for you, and we delete the stored tokens.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are necessary for the service to work — keeping you signed in, remembering your workspace, and protecting forms against abuse. These cannot be turned off without breaking sign-in.

We also use a small number of analytics cookies to understand how the product and this website are used. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies; if you block the necessary ones, parts of the platform will stop working.

Data retention

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is open, because that is what makes your projects continue to work. Delete a project and its content is removed from the live service and then from backups on our normal backup cycle.

If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we must keep records for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons. Logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, export your projects, delete your account, or stop sending you marketing. You can also object to certain processing or ask us to restrict it.

Write to privacy@artime.ai and we will answer. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on a request, and we will tell you if there is a legal reason we cannot do all of what you asked.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed, and access to production systems is limited to the people who need it and logged. Payment credentials are held by our payment provider, not by us.

No service can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the relevant authority as required by law, with what we know and what to do about it.

Children

Artime is not intended for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has created an account, tell us at privacy@artime.ai and we will remove it.

International transfers

Our providers operate in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards available to us, including standard contractual clauses with the providers concerned.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the product changes or the law does. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and for significant changes we will tell you in the product or by email before they take effect.

Contact us

Questions about privacy, or a request about your data, go to privacy@artime.ai. Anything else can go through the contact form and we will route it to the right place.
