Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of Artime — this website, the platform, and anything you build or publish with it. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so, and 'you' means that company as well as the person clicking.
Your account
Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them current. Your login is for one person; if others need access, invite them to your workspace rather than sharing credentials.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password safe and tell us promptly at help@artime.ai if you think someone else has access.
What Artime provides
Artime is a platform where you describe what you want and agents build it. That currently covers websites, landing pages, marketing funnels, apps and software; video creation including scripts, generated imagery and animation, story mode and URL-to-video; creator tools such as thumbnails, video optimisation, competitor analysis and trend prediction; publishing to connected social networks; and content, analytics, link shortening and team workspaces.
The product changes as we ship. We may add, alter or retire features, and we will give notice of material removals where we reasonably can.
Your content and your output
You keep ownership of the content you bring to Artime and of the output the platform generates for you under these terms. Your projects, their data and what you publish are yours.
To make the service work, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, transmit and display that content — for example to run generation, serve your published site, and send a scheduled post to a network you connected. The licence exists only for operating the service and ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to backup cycles.
You are responsible for having the rights to whatever you upload or ask us to publish.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Artime to:
- Break the law, or produce or distribute illegal content.
- Infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
- Create or distribute malware, or use the platform to attack any system.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the platform's models, prompts or source beyond what your own projects give you.
- Send spam, run deceptive campaigns, or publish to connected networks in a way that breaks their rules.
- Evade plan limits, resell platform capacity, or interfere with other customers' projects.
- Produce content that sexualises minors, or that harasses, threatens or incites violence against people.
AI output
Generated text, code, images and video can be inaccurate, out of date, or similar to existing work. Review anything before you publish it or rely on it commercially.
Output is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and we do not warrant that it is original, non-infringing or fit for a particular purpose. The judgement stays with you.
Third-party services and connected accounts
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X or YouTube, you must also follow that network's own terms, and you authorise us to act on your instructions there.
We are not responsible for a network's availability, its policy changes, or a decision it makes about your account or your posts. Domains, payment providers and other third-party services you use through Artime are likewise governed by their own agreements.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Plans and current prices are listed on the Pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel, and your card is charged at the start of each period.
You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Taxes may be added where required. If we change prices, we will tell you before the change applies to your renewal.
Fair use of compute and generation limits
Generation, rendering and hosting cost real compute, so plans carry limits and reasonable-use expectations. We may apply rate limits, queue heavy work, or contact you about usage that is well outside normal patterns.
We will not cut off an active project without telling you first, unless the usage is abusive or threatens the service for others.
Publishing and domains
What you publish is yours and it is your responsibility — including its accuracy, its legality and any claims it makes.
If you connect a domain, you must have the right to use it. You remain responsible for keeping the registration and DNS in good standing.
Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other customers at risk, or where we are legally required to.
Where circumstances allow, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem, and we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your projects.
Disclaimers
Artime is provided as it is and as available. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will meet your requirements.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from these terms or your use of the service.
Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or death and personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from the content you upload or publish, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.
Changes to the service and to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the law change. The date at the top reflects the current version, and we will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
If you keep using Artime after a change takes effect, that is acceptance. If you do not agree, you can close your account.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Artime is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
Before starting a formal dispute, please write to us — most problems are faster to solve by email than by process.
